VIP Shipping (Star Track)

Cost: $20 AUD (Note: Metro areas only, No Post Boxes & excludes WA & TAS)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.
Orders placed by 10 am AEST Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 10 am AEST or on the weekend will be dispatched the next business day.
RETURNS
At Brasileira Boutique, we want you to adore your bikini purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to assist.
RETURNS
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return unworn bikinis with tags attached for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the bikini must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and have the original tags still attached.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact our customer support team at abrasileiraboutique@hotmail.com to inform us of your return.
Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your bikini.
Pack the bikini securely in the original packaging, including the return authorization.
Ship the item to the provided address.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned bikini. If the item is in satisfactory condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your bikini for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective bikini, please contact us immediately at abrasileiraboutique@hotmail.com.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund within a reasonable timeframe, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
